
Charlie’s Pride Carnitas are tossed in zesty buffalo sauce and piled onto toasted mini buns with bleu cheese slaw.

Ingredients:
| 1 lb. | Charlie’s Pride Carnitas |
| ⅓ cup | Buffalo sauce |
| 2 cups | Coleslaw mix |
| ¼ cup | Bleu cheese dressing |
| 12 | Slider buns, toasted |
Directions:
| 1. | Heat Charlie’s Pride Carnitas and mix with buffalo sauce. | |
| 2. | In medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix and dressing. | |
| 3. | Spoon meat mixture onto heels of buns, then coleslaw and crown with bun. |
