
Try a taste of the Asian tropics with this zesty sandwich featuring Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, chili-pineapple jam, caramelized onions and creamy white cheddar cheese. Finished on the press between crispy sourdough slices, it’s a sweet-spicy-savory melted delight!

Ingredients:
| 1 lb. | Charlie's Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced |
| 1 Tbsp. | Sambal |
| ¼ cup | Pineapple jam |
| 8 | Sourdough bread slices |
| 1 cup | Caramelized onions |
| ½ lb. | Sliced white cheddar |
| 2 Tbsp. | Butter |
Directions:
| 1. | Preheat a sandwich press. | |
| 2. | Mix the sambal chili with pineapple jam and spread equally over 4 slices of sourdough. Evenly top each prepared bread slice with Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, onions and cheese. | |
| 3. | Place a buttered slice of sourdough on top of each, then place into heated sandwich press. Cook 3-4 minutes each or until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Enjoy! |
