
Sweet, rich and delicious, this sandwich combines the best of every world with a generous portion of our tender roast beef, crisp bacon, sautéed apples and Cheddar cheese. Indulge and enjoy!

Ingredients:
| ¾ lb | Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced |
| 1 Tbsp | Butter, unsalted |
| 1 | Granny Smith apple, sliced |
| 8 slices | Bacon, cooked crisp |
| 4 slices | Cheddar cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 4 | Pretzel buns, sliced lengthwise |
Directions:
Melt butter in small sauté pan over medium heat; add apples and cook 4-6 minutes or until soft and lightly browned. Spread mustard on bottom half of each pretzel bun, then layer with roast beef. Top with a slice of cheese, a portion of apples, and 2 slices of bacon. Place sandwiches on a sheet tray and toast in warm oven until cheese is melting. Remove from oven, add top bun and serve immediately.
