
Savory cornbread muffins pack a surprise filling of tender BBQ Pork, along with an extra punch of jalapeños and creamy Cheddar cheese. Quick & easy to make, they’ll disappear even quicker!

Ingredients:
| ½ lb. | Charlie’s Pride Seasoned Pork in BBQ Sauce |
| Pan spray | |
| 1 pkg | Cornbread mix |
| 1 | Egg |
| ⅓ cup | Milk |
| 2 Tbsp | Minced jalapeños |
| ½ cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare muffin tin with pan spray. In a bowl, combine cornbread mix, egg, milk, jalapeños and cheese. In each muffin cup, spoon 1 Tablespoon of cornbread mixture, then top with 2 Tablespoons of BBQ pork and finish with 1 more Tablespoon of cornbread mixture. Bake 15 -20 minutes until golden brown.
