A beefy, cheesy, CRUNCHY wrap for the kid in all of us!
|1 - 1.5 lbs||Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef Top Round, thinly sliced|
|8 slices||American cheese|
|2 cups||Kettle cooked potato chips|
Preheat oven to 300°F. Place tortillas on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool for 3 minutes. Spread 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tsp mustard onto each tortilla. Divide meat 4 ways and place evenly over each tortilla leaving a 1” border around edge. Place 2 slices cheese onto bottom third of each tortilla, then ½ cup chips. Roll up wraps from bottom, securing each with 2 frilled toothpicks before cutting in half to serve. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
