BBQ Brisket Platter with Wild West Sweet Corn

Enjoy a taste of the Wild West with a heaping helping of Charlie’s Pride Sliced BBQ Brisket served with grilled sweet corn dipped in a zesty chipotle garlic butter.  It’s a perfect summer meal that won’t weigh you down in the saddle!

Ingredients
1 lb Charlie's Pride Sliced Beef Brisket in BBQ Sauce
1 Stick unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp Granulated garlic
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Onion salt
1 tsp Chipotle powder
4 Ears of corn, husks removed and grilled
Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, paprika, onion salt and chipotle powder.  Dip or drizzle over grilled corn.  Warm BBQ beef in covered container in microwave for about 3 minutes.  Serve with grilled buttered corn and enjoy!
