Ingredients:
1 lb. | Charlie's Pride BBQ Beef Brisket, chopped |
1 cup | Pickled red onions |
2 | Eggs, beaten |
1 lb. | Fresh pizza dough |
Directions:
1. | Preheat oven to 350°F. | |
2. | Divide dough into 4 round flat crusts. Spread Charlie’s Pride BBQ Beef Brisket to cover half of each crust, staying about 1” away from edges; top evenly with onions. | |
3. | Carefully lift the far edge of one crust, folding it over the filling to meet the opposite edge. Crimp edges to seal in sauce. Repeat for remaining 3 pasteles. | |
4. | Place all 4 sealed pasteles on a floured baking sheet, then brush tops with beaten egg. | |
5. | Cook 10 to 15 minutes on bottom rack of heated oven until dough is puffed up and golden and filling is hot. Serve immediately and enjoy! |
