Fire up your appetite with this tasty roast beef sandwich with the smoky taste of sweet summer memories!
|1 lb||Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced|
|1||Sweet onion, grilled|
|1 Tbsp||Olive oil|
|1 tsp||Kosher salt|
|1||Large baguette, cut crosswise into ¼’s then sliced lengthwise, grilled|
|4 slices||Fontina cheese|
|1||Zucchini, sliced and grilled|
|4 oz||BBQ potato chips|
|2 Tbsp||Pickled jalapeños|
Purée grilled onions with oil and salt. Spread evenly onto 4 grilled baguette bottoms, layer with cheese, zucchini, jalapeños and roast beef. Top each with handful of BBQ potato chips, finish with baguette top and serve.
