
Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef is grilled into a delicious sandwich with bleu cheese, caramelized onions and peppery arugula.

Ingredients:
1 lb. | Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced |
8 slices | Sourdough bread |
4 slices | Cheddar cheese |
1 cup | Arugula |
1 cup | Caramelized onions |
1 cup | Crumbled bleu cheese |
2 Tbsp. | Butter, divided |
Directions:
1. | Evenly top four heels of bread with cheddar, arugula, Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, caramelized onion and bleu cheese crumbles, then crown with remaining bread slices. | |
2. | In sauté pan over medium heat, melt enough of the butter to coat the pan surface. | |
3. | Toast each sandwich 3 minutes per side until golden brown, adding more butter to pan as needed. | |
4. | Serve immediately and enjoy! |
