Two kinds of peppers provide the fuel to this burst of flavor loaded onto warm flaky biscuits, along with succulent roast beef, garden vegetables and rich beef gravy. A meal to truly warm your soul!
|1 lb||Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced|
|4 oz||Beef gravy mix, dry|
|2 oz||Jalapeños, diced|
|8||Buttermilk biscuits (refrigerated dough, unbaked)|
|8 oz||Mushrooms, sliced|
|8 oz||Red bell peppers, sliced|
|8 oz||Green onions, sliced|
Preheat oven to 375°F. Boil 2 cups water, then stir in dry beef gravy mix along with jalapeños. Place biscuits on greased baking sheet, place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Begin sautéing remainder of vegetables until softened. Once biscuits are done and semi-cooled, cut in half and layer with roast beef, then vegetable mixture. Pour jalapeño gravy over top and serve.
