Two kinds of peppers provide the fuel to this burst of flavor loaded onto warm flaky biscuits, along with succulent roast beef, garden vegetables and rich beef gravy. A meal to truly warm your soul!

Ingredients:
1 lb | Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced |
4 oz | Beef gravy mix, dry |
2 oz | Jalapeños, diced |
8 | Buttermilk biscuits (refrigerated dough, unbaked) |
8 oz | Mushrooms, sliced |
8 oz | Red bell peppers, sliced |
8 oz | Green onions, sliced |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Boil 2 cups water, then stir in dry beef gravy mix along with jalapeños. Place biscuits on greased baking sheet, place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Begin sautéing remainder of vegetables until softened. Once biscuits are done and semi-cooled, cut in half and layer with roast beef, then vegetable mixture. Pour jalapeño gravy over top and serve.
