|1 lb||Charlie's Pride Cajun Roast Beef, thinly sliced|
|½ lb||Fresh red bell peppers, sliced|
|oil, as needed to caramelize peppers|
|2 tsp||Cumin, ground|
|4 slices||Cheddar cheese|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Caramelize pepper slices in a sauté pan over medium-high heat about 3 minutes, set aside. Mix together mayonnaise and cumin; spread evenly onto each open sandwich roll. Layer bottom halves with beef slices, then top with peppers and cheese. Close each sandwich and heat in oven until cheese is melted; serve immediately.
