
Roll out the flavor with this spicy beef & Cheddar sandwich mellowed with a touch of sweetness from caramelized red peppers.

Ingredients:
1 lb | Charlie's Pride Cajun Roast Beef, thinly sliced |
½ lb | Fresh red bell peppers, sliced |
oil, as needed to caramelize peppers | |
2 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
2 tsp | Cumin, ground |
4 | Sandwich rolls |
4 slices | Cheddar cheese |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Caramelize pepper slices in a sauté pan over medium-high heat about 3 minutes, set aside. Mix together mayonnaise and cumin; spread evenly onto each open sandwich roll. Layer bottom halves with beef slices, then top with peppers and cheese. Close each sandwich and heat in oven until cheese is melted; serve immediately.
