
Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef stuffs sourdough bread with sliced tomatoes, pesto sauce and fresh slices of mozzarella.

Ingredients:
1 lb. | Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced |
½ cup | Basil pesto |
8 slices | Fresh mozzarella |
1 | Beefsteak tomato, sliced |
8 slices | Sourdough bread |
Non-stick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. | Spread pesto over 4 bread slices. | |
2. | Top pesto-spread bread with mozzarella, tomato, Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef and top with another piece of bread. | |
3. | Heat a pan prepared with cooking spray over medium heat. | |
4. | Toast sandwiches 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy! |
