A hearty translation of the popular salad becomes a simply satisfying sandwich, made with all the traditional tastes loaded onto a warm, crusty baguette.
|1 lb||Charlie's Pride Italian Style Roast Beef, thinly sliced|
|4||Baguettes, sandwich size|
|2 oz||Olive oil|
|16||Fresh basil leaves, whole|
|2||Tomatoes, sliced (about 12 slices)|
|2 oz||Mozzarella cheese, shredded|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice each baguette lengthwise and lay open. Drizzle with olive oil. Evenly place basil leaves and sliced beef on four bottom halves. Top with tomatoes, cheese and baguette top. Heat in oven 1 minute until just warm; serve immediately.
