Don’t wait for St. Patrick’s Day to enjoy this delicious take on a traditional dish! Charlie’s Pride Corned Beef is rolled into tender steamed cabbage leaves with onion and thyme, then smothered in savory brown gravy.

Ingredients:
1 lb. | Charlie's Pride Corned Beef, thinly sliced |
1 | Savoy cabbage head, outer leaves |
1 Tbsp. | Fresh thyme leaves |
1 | Onion, sliced and sautéed |
1 can | Beef gravy, warmed |
Directions:
1. | Separate leaves from cabbage head; place in a large cooking pot with a little water and cover. Blanch on stovetop at a simmer until slightly wilted and flexible, about 1 minute. | |
2. | Mix Charlie’s Pride Corned Beef with thyme and onions; shape mixture into 8 small balls. Place one on a cabbage leaf, tuck leaf sides in, roll up and place in a large baking dish seam-side down. Repeat 7 more times with remaining corned beef mixture and cabbage leaves. | |
3. | Cover all with warm beef gravy, serve and enjoy! |
