1½ lb | Charlie’s Pride Corned Beef, shredded |
2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
½ cup | Onion, chopped fine |
2 Tbsp | Vinegar |
3 Tbsp | Butter |
1 tsp | Caraway seeds |
2 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
12 | Corn tortillas |
8 oz | Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded |
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Add onions, vinegar, butter and caraway seeds; saute just until translucent, then remove from heat. Heat corned beef in a skillet on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. In a small mixing bowl, thoroughly combine soy sauce with mayonnaise to make aioli. Warm up tortillas, then place three each on four plates. Fill each with corned beef, top with onion relish and shredded cheese, then finish with soy sauce aioli and serve immediately.
