Charlie’s Pride Kurobuta Ham is rolled into lightly breaded chicken breasts with Swiss cheese and herbs, then baked to golden brown.

Ingredients:
¼ lb. | Charlie’s Pride Kurobuta Ham, thick sliced |
4 | Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless |
¼ cup | Yellow mustard |
4 slices | Swiss cheese |
¼ cup | All-purpose flour |
1 cup | Panko |
4 sprigs | Thyme, leaves only |
2 sprigs | Marjoram, leaves only |
1 | Garlic clove, minced |
2 Tbsp. | Butter, melted |
2 | Eggs |
Salt and pepper, to taste | |
Non-stick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. | Preheat oven to 350°F. | |
2. | Lay chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using the flat side of meat mallet, gently pound chicken to ¼ inch thickness. | |
3. | Brush chicken with mustard and lay one slice each of Charlie’s Pride Kurobuta Ham and cheese. | |
4. | Tuck in sides of breast and roll tight. | |
5. | Season flour with salt and pepper. | |
6. | Mix panko with thyme, marjoram, garlic, salt, pepper and melted butter. | |
7. | Beat together eggs. | |
8. | Lightly dust rolled chicken with flour, then dip in egg mixture and coat in panko mix. | |
9. | Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Transfer chicken to baking sheet. | |
10. | Bake 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked thoroughly. |
