
Put a kick in your morning with a warm and zesty sandwich made with tender pastrami , a fried egg, Cheddar cheese and spicy garlic aioli.

Ingredients:
1 lb | Charlie’s Pride Pastrami, thinly sliced |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 tsp | Garlic, minced |
2 tsp | Hot sauce |
1 Tbsp | Butter |
8 | Eggs, Whole |
8 | Slices marble rye bread |
4 | Slices Cheddar cheese |
Directions:
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, garlic and hot sauce; set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat greased with butter, fry eggs til set. Remove, then sear pastrami in same pan. Toast rye bread. To assemble: spread garlic aioli on one slice of bread, top with ¼ of the pastrami, 2 fried eggs, one slice of cheese and finish with another slice of rye. Repeat until four sandwiches are completed and ready to serve.
