Ingredients:
| ½ lb | Charlie's Pride Pastrami, thinly sliced |
| ¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
| ¼ cup | Mustard |
| 4 | Flour tortillas |
| 12 | Rings from a sliced onion |
| ¼ cup | Sweet pickle relish |
| 8 slices | Swiss cheese |
Directions:
Spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly over each tortilla. Top with onions and pickles, then cheese and pastrami. Roll each like a burrito and serve individually, or slice crosswise about 1" thick and serve as appetizers.
