
A sweet and savory tropical delight, served warm on crispy Hawaiian bread with melted cheese, tender ham, pineapple and creamy teriyaki. It's sure to send your tastebuds on a sensory vacation!

Ingredients:
1 lb | Charlie’s Pride American Kurobuta Ham, thinly sliced |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Teriyaki sauce |
1 | Large red pepper, diced |
1 cup | Pineapple, diced |
1 | Large onion, diced |
1 Tbsp | Diced jalapeños |
8 slices | Hawaiian bread |
4 slices | Swiss cheese |
non-stick spray, as needed |
Directions:
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce; set aside. Grill peppers, pineapple, onions, and jalapeños; set aside. Spread teriyaki mayonnaise on 4 bread slices. Top evenly with ham, vegetable mix, cheese, then remaining bread slices. Coat large sauté pan with non-stick spray, place over medium heat. Toast sandwiches 2-3 minutes per side (or until golden brown). Serve immediately.
