Sometimes simple is better. With the elegantly layered flavors of our delicious roast beef, melding with garlic pepper mayonnaise and a slice of melted Cheddar, taking it easy never tasted so good!
|1 lb||Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced|
|1||Clove garlic, minced|
|4 slices||Cheddar cheese|
|4||Italian sub rolls, sliced in half lengthwise|
Mix mayonnaise, pepper and garlic in a small bowl, spread evenly on bottom half of each sub roll. Layer with roast beef, then cheese. Toast in warm oven with bread tops alongside (cut side up) until cheese melts and bread is lightly crispy. Close sandwiches and serve immediately.
