Savory cornbread muffins pack a surprise filling of tender BBQ Pork, along with an extra punch of jalapeños and creamy Cheddar cheese. Quick & easy to make, they’ll disappear even quicker!
|½ lb.||Charlie’s Pride Seasoned Pork in BBQ Sauce|
|1 pkg||Cornbread mix|
|2 Tbsp||Minced jalapeños|
|½ cup||Cheddar cheese, shredded|
Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare muffin tin with pan spray. In a bowl, combine cornbread mix, egg, milk, jalapeños and cheese. In each muffin cup, spoon 1 Tablespoon of cornbread mixture, then top with 2 Tablespoons of BBQ pork and finish with 1 more Tablespoon of cornbread mixture. Bake 15 -20 minutes until golden brown.
