Ingredients:
1 lb | Charlie's Pride Corned Beef Brisket, thinly sliced |
8 slices | Rye bread |
½ cup | Chipotle mayonnaise |
1 cup | Grilled onions and peppers |
8 slices | Provolone cheese |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread one side of 4 bread slices with chipotle mayonnaise. Cover with peppers and onions, then corned beef. Top each with two slices of cheese, then undressed bread slice. Heat in oven 1 minute, just until warm; serve immediately.
