Ingredients:
| ½ lb. | Charlie’s Pride Pastrami, thinly sliced |
| 8 | Hot dogs |
| 8 | Hot dog buns |
| Cooking oil, as needed | |
| Toothpicks |
Directions:
| 1. | Wrap hot dog with a slice of Charlie’s Pride Pastrami and secure both ends with toothpicks. | |
| 2. | Fill a deep sauté pan with about ¼” of oil, heat over medium. | |
| 3. | Cook pastrami-wrapped hot dogs about 4 minutes, turning as needed. | |
| 4. | Serve in a toasted hot dog bun with your favorite toppings; Charlie recommends spicy mustard and sauerkraut! |
