|¾ lb||Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced|
|1 Tbsp||Butter, unsalted|
|1||Granny Smith apple, sliced|
|8 slices||Bacon, cooked crisp|
|4 slices||Cheddar cheese|
|2 Tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|4||Pretzel buns, sliced lengthwise|
Melt butter in small sauté pan over medium heat; add apples and cook 4-6 minutes or until soft and lightly browned. Spread mustard on bottom half of each pretzel bun, then layer with roast beef. Top with a slice of cheese, a portion of apples, and 2 slices of bacon. Place sandwiches on a sheet tray and toast in warm oven until cheese is melting. Remove from oven, add top bun and serve immediately.
