Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast is served on a crusty French loaf with shredded iceberg lettuce, slices of ripe tomatoes and red onions, and topped with a spicy sriracha aioli.

1 lb. Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast, bite size pieces
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
¾ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Sriracha
1 Mini French loaf
1 cup Shredded lettuce
1 Ripe tomato, sliced
1 cup Red onion, sliced thin
  1. Warm Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast in a small sauté pan on medium heat for 5 minutes in olive oil.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha with whisk in a small bowl.
  3. Layer into the French loaf: lettuce, tomato, red onion, Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast, and sriracha aioli. Cut into desired lengths and enjoy.
