
Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast is served on a crusty French loaf with shredded iceberg lettuce, slices of ripe tomatoes and red onions, and topped with a spicy sriracha aioli.

Ingredients:
1 lb. | Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast, bite size pieces |
1 Tbsp. | Olive oil |
¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Sriracha |
1 | Mini French loaf |
1 cup | Shredded lettuce |
1 | Ripe tomato, sliced |
1 cup | Red onion, sliced thin |
Directions:
1. | Warm Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast in a small sauté pan on medium heat for 5 minutes in olive oil. | |
2. | Mix mayonnaise and sriracha with whisk in a small bowl. | |
3. | Layer into the French loaf: lettuce, tomato, red onion, Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast, and sriracha aioli. Cut into desired lengths and enjoy. |
