
The classic salad is perfected as a delicious and hearty sandwich! All the traditional ingredients come to the party, together with tender slices of roast beef on nutty marble rye bread.

Ingredients:
¾ lb | Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef, thinly sliced |
1 Tbsp | Roasted garlic, minced |
2 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
8 slices | Marble rye bread |
4 | Leaves Romaine lettuce |
2 | Roma tomatoes, thickly sliced |
1 | Avocado, sliced into shingles |
4 oz | Bleu cheese, crumbled |
1 | Egg, hard-boiled and chopped |
Directions:
Mix roasted garlic and mayonnaise; spread evenly onto bottom half of each sandwich. Top with lettuce, tomato and roast beef. To finish, pile on avocado, crumbled bleu cheese, chopped egg, and top slice of marble rye bread.
