|1 Tbsp||Vegetable oil|
|1||Green pepper, julienned|
|½ cup||Cheese sauce|
|4||Hoagie rolls, toasted|
Preheat a pan over medium heat. Add oil, onion, and pepper; cook for 4 minutes, keeping the crisp in the vegetables. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, heat beef until warm. Fill each roll with peppers, onions, roast beef, then finish with cheese sauce. Enjoy!
