
Roll over, rye bread! This tasty Reuben goes tubular with loads of Charlie’s Pride Cooked Corned Beef Brisket, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing, all rolled up in a golden flour tortilla.

Ingredients:
| 1 lb. | Charlie’s Pride Cooked Corned Beef Brisket |
| 1 cup | Sauerkraut |
| ¼ cup | Thousand Island dressing |
| 8 | Swiss cheese slices |
| 4 | Large flour tortillas |
| Cooking Spray |
Directions:
| 1. | Lay tortillas on a flat work surface, layer each evenly with Charlie’s Pride Corned Beef, then sauerkraut, dressing and cheese; roll tightly. | |
| 2. | Grill in a pan prepared with cooking spray until all sides are golden, about 7 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy! |
