Ingredients:
¼ lb. | Charlie’s Pride Corned Beef, thinly sliced |
3 slices | Swiss cheese, halved |
12 pieces | Cocktail rye, toasted |
¼ cup | Sauerkraut, drained |
¼ cup | Thousand Island dressing |
Directions:
1. | Evenly layer Charlie’s Pride Corned Beef and Swiss cheese over half the rye pieces. | |
2. | Place in microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. | |
3. | Top each with sauerkraut. | |
4. | Spoon Thousand Island dressing over remaining rye pieces and place on each slider. |
