Ingredients:
1 lb. | Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast |
1 Tbsp. | Cooking oil |
5 oz. can | Sliced water chestnuts, drained |
1 cup | Shredded carrots |
1 cup | Sliced red bell peppers |
1 cup | Broccoli florets |
1 tsp. | Sesame seeds |
½ cup | Teriyaki sauce |
Directions:
1. | In cooking oil, on high heat, sauté Charlie’s Pride Pot Roast with water chestnuts, carrots, bell peppers and broccoli. | |
2. | Add sesame seeds, cook for 1 more minute. | |
3. | Add teriyaki sauce. | |
4. | Simmer on low for 3-5 minutes and serve. |
