Teriyaki beef sliders

We’ve added an Asian twist to our Western beef! Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef is smothered in teriyaki sauce with grilled pineapple and roasted red peppers, then stuffed into sweet lotus buns for a taste sensation you’re sure to love!

1 lb. Charlie's Pride Roast Beef, shaved thin
1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
½ cup Roasted red peppers, chopped
1 cup Grilled pineapple spears, chopped
1 cup Onion, chopped
¼ cup Teriyaki sauce
4 Lotus buns
  1. Preheat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sesame oil, peppers, pineapple, onion, Charlie’s Pride Roast Beef and teriyaki sauce; cook for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and fill each of the lotus buns.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
