Tender white meat chicken breast pieces in flavorful teriyaki sauce becomes the centerpiece of this Asian-inspired dish. Combined with ginger-stir-fried vegetables, tender white rice and crispy chow mein noodles seasoned with sesame oil, you have a fresh and delicious meal in minutes.
1 (17 oz) pkg | Charlie’s Pride Chicken Teriyaki Breast Pieces in Sauce |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
½ cup | Crispy chow mein noodles |
2 - 3 tsp | Vegetable oil |
½ tsp | Fresh grated ginger |
1 (12 oz) pkg | Fresh stir fry vegetables |
Scant ¼ tsp | Salt |
Pinch | Fresh ground black pepper |
2 cups | Cooked white rice |
Heat Charlie’s Pride Chicken Teriyaki according to package directions. Toss noodles in sesame oil and reserve. Add vegetable oil to a large fry pan and place on high heat. When oil is hot, add ginger and stir. Immediately add vegetables, salt and pepper. Stir often until tender-crisp, remove from heat. Divide rice evenly onto each of three plates, top with equal amounts of chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with any remaining teriyaki sauce, then top with sesame noodles and enjoy.
