
Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry with Crisp Sesame Noodles
Tender white meat chicken breast pieces in flavorful teriyaki sauce becomes the centerpiece of this Asian-inspired dish. Combined with ginger-stir-fried vegetables, tender white rice and crispy chow mein noodles seasoned with sesame oil, you have a fresh and delicious meal in minutes. Makes 3 quick and easy servings.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (17 oz) pkg Charlie’s Pride Chicken Teriyaki Breast Pieces in Sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ cup crispy chow mein noodles
- 2 - 3 tsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 (12 oz) pkg fresh stir fry vegetables
- scant ¼ tsp salt
- pinch fresh ground black pepper
- 2 cups cooked white rice
DIRECTIONS:
Heat Charlie’s Pride Chicken Teriyaki according to package directions. Toss noodles in sesame oil and reserve. Add vegetable oil to a large fry pan and place on high heat. When oil is hot, add ginger and stir. Immediately add vegetables, salt and pepper. Stir often until tender-crisp, remove from heat. Divide rice evenly onto each of three plates, top with equal amounts of chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with any remaining teriyaki sauce, then top with sesame noodles and enjoy.
