|1 (17 oz) pkg||Charlie’s Pride Beef Brisket in Barbeque Sauce*|
|3||Torpedo rolls (cut in half lengthwise)|
|3 slices||Colby cheese (cut in half lengthwise)|
|your favorite hot sauce (optional)|
Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat Charlie’s Pride Beef Brisket in Barbeque Sauce according to package directions. Distribute beef and sauce evenly on both sides of cut rolls. For a spicier torpedo, add a few drops of hot sauce over the beef. Top with cheese down the center of each roll. Place open face on an oiled baking sheet in top half of oven and bake for 5 - 7 minutes until cheese melts and bread crisps. Carefully close sandwiches together and serve with fries and your favorite slaw.
*You can also substitute Charlie’s Pride Seasoned Pork in Barbeque Sauce instead, if preferred.
