|1 lb||Charlie's Pride Beef Brisket in Barbeque Sauce, Roast Beef, or Carnitas, thinly sliced or shredded|
|12||Hard shell corn tortillas (taco shells)|
|8 oz||Shredded Mexican cheese blend|
|6 oz||Shredded lettuce|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|1 cup||Salsa or pico de gallo|
|1||Lime, cut into wedges|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place meat in covered casserole dish; heat in oven 15-20 minutes until warm*. Arrange taco shells on a serving platter, fill evenly with meat, then top with cheese and lettuce. Serve family style with sour cream, salsa and lime to finish as desired.
