Ingredients:
1 lb | Charlie's Pride Beef Brisket in Barbeque Sauce, Roast Beef, or Carnitas, thinly sliced or shredded |
12 | Hard shell corn tortillas (taco shells) |
8 oz | Shredded Mexican cheese blend |
6 oz | Shredded lettuce |
1 cup | Sour cream |
1 cup | Salsa or pico de gallo |
1 | Lime, cut into wedges |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place meat in covered casserole dish; heat in oven 15-20 minutes until warm*. Arrange taco shells on a serving platter, fill evenly with meat, then top with cheese and lettuce. Serve family style with sour cream, salsa and lime to finish as desired.
