A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he’s traveled the world to further expand his education and global experience in the culinary arts. After serving as an Executive Chef in numerous highly-rated fine dining establishments, as well as a culinary instructor in classes and on television, Chef Eric is now focusing his talents on the creation of a variety of delectable recipes just for you, featuring Charlie’s Pride Meats.

From quick and easy wraps for the kids, to a gourmet version of Eggs Benedict featuring our Kurobuta Ham, Chef Eric can help you bring excitement back into your kitchen and onto your table, one recipe at a time.
